On a cool summer night Jonathan was walking through the woods with a sack on his back and his bow in his hand. He hadn't slept since he found his home village burned. He was looking for a place to stay till her could find enought supplies to get him to the main city. He had found a nice flat area covered by tree limbs above and a rivene to the left side. To the right was a densley covered area that he had just came through. Jonathan put his bow over his shoulders then climbed a tree that had a nice area to sleep on. He had followed his warrior knowledge " Never work before you scope it out a day. Just find a place to sleep and stay there for a day."
Jonathan held on to the tree with one hand and weaved branches together with the other. After about 30 minutes of work he finally had a roof and a bottom weaved out of branches. 'Well I guess this could work for now' he thought as he readied his bow.

Robin walked, under the starlight, across the forest, heading southward, away from the invaders who enroaching the land from the Northern Lands. His staff and his feet striking the ground at almost constant intervals were the only noise in the otherwise quiet surroundings. A cool breeze moved across the forest, rustling leaves and touching his face. He smiled at the pleasant feeling and continued walking.
After a few minutes though, he was getting tired, as navigating the woods and finding paths through thick foliage was difficult work, and he knew that he had to rest soon if he wanted to keep up his strength. He looked around and thought, 'that looks like a nice spot!', referring to a sturdy, shady tree where he could sleep under its leaves and branches.
He hurried there, the sound of his steps echoing across the darkness. He brushed against leaves, branches and bushes, dirt, leaves and a few bugs getting stuck on his cloak and hood. He made no attempt to hide his approach, as he had not noticed the person somewhere on the branches of the said tree.
Finally, he reached the tree, which was above the usual brush and bushes surrounding it, its shadow looming over him and the area nearby. He set his staff against the trunk and sat down, panting from the exhaustion of fighting through the stubborn foliage.

Jonathan watched the man sit down. He put his bow across his shoulders and jumped down. " Hey where are you going?" he demanded.
The wind started to blow and he smelled something cooking. "Hey you smell that. Someone must be near and it won't be good for you." he told the man

Just as he was about to fall into his much-needed sleep, a man fell, or rather, jumped down from who knows where, landing on the ground with a loud thud, surprising Robin. He grabbed his staff and used it to help himself get up.
He heard the man, who had a bow on his back, ask where he was going, and Robin answered, in a soft tone, "Why should I tell you that? You just jumped from a tree while I was about to sleep!", although in his mind, he already figured out that the man probably didn't wish him any harm, because if he had, he already could've hurt or killed him.
Robin didn't give any further reply to the first question, and when the man warned him about danger nearby, which he comfirmed himself when he smelled a pleasant scent of meat being roasted. The smell made his mouth water, but the man's warning of the danger did stop him from rushing to its source.
"So, I guess you didn't mean any harm," Robin said in a slightly apologetic tone, for he had spoken to the man in an aggrieved manner. He was still wary of the man, although his distrust had lessened when he received the warning. "Thanks for the warning about the danger, but who do you think those people are?" he asked, wondering if the man knew more about the people in the camp.

Jonathan looked at the man. " I am Jonathan Grudge of the Elf clan. I was on a mission when my village was destoryed and no I do not wish any harm. I do not know who it would be but I know they are not good." Jonathan said as he looked around the woods making sure nothing was coming their way.

The wind continued to blow and rustle the leaves of the trees around them, man, or elf, as Robin discovered, introduced himself, and now he, Robin, knew a little more about the elf. It seems that he had lost his home to pillagers, and that was a bit saddening. He was also curious about the elf himself, for he did not know much about them, other than the fact that they were rather few in number and were more fairer that other races. Robin knew that he musn't let that distract him from the situation at hand. 'I'll ask him more about what happened later...'
Since the elf had introduced himself, Robin felt that it would be right to reveal his name as well. "I am Robin le Fay, a human heading southward", he said, bowing slightly while saying his name. He did not reveal that he was a sorcerer, for he thought that it might cause trouble if people knew that he had skill in the arcane arts.
"So how do you know that those people are going to harm me?" he asked, still suspicious at Jonathan, for he did just jump off a tree. "Do you think they're the ones who burned down your village?"
